The use of heavy weapons [in Ukraine] will oblige us to march closer to Europe in order to protect them from [US President Joe] Biden, and European leaders. And they should understand that our people, Russian citizens, are united here. So those who were scared headed for the exits, but those who are cognizant of their responsibility are here to stay," the senior lawmaker assured.
