The SC is fixing it, thats what the article is about. Its an impossible situation for the deepstate dunces. They cant pack the court because that exposes them and sets a precedent to be outdone. They cant sit and do nothing because that leads to their moves being overruled. They cant rely on the lower courts being controlled because again, overruled (the article is so retarded that they unironically question the SC being able to overrule state courts, desperate and sad!) The deepstate’s move has been to just pass more laws that maneuver around SC rulings (ie: NY’s anti gun laws that were declared unconstitutional, only to have the dems pass new ones literal days later in defiance of the ruling’s ramifications). However this is only delaying and making it worse because it gives the SC a chance to once again visit the topic and clarify PERMANENTLY the supreme law of the land, the constitution.
This is why they are turbo butthurt. The SC is setting ONCE AND FOR ALL TIME rulings that cannot be undone. The deepstate digs holes in the sand and the SC fills them with concrete and this happens over and over until the constitution is solid stone and unable to be punctured. Its a death spiral for the deepstate.

Some faggot saying supreme court = big bad. All because they are passing bigger judgements than they have historically, while completely ignoring the fact that this could only be possible in the first place by the executive branch massively overstepping its authority and not abiding by the constitution. Its just some idiot bitching and moaning that the court is doing its job by interpreting everything by the supreme law of the land rather than public opinion or popularity and this has the deepstate faggots seething because there is literally nothing they can do except pouring more gas on the fire and allowing the SC to set more rulings into stone.
