/pol/306158894 There is still activity on the Trump campaign's SCOTUS case against the state of Pennsylvania. The latest argument is a formal Amicus Curiae from Todd C. Bank that argues that Pennsylvania violated the Constitution by allowing changes to their State election law (up to 100 feet of distance between poll watchers and poll workers, and Kathy Boockvar removing the signature verification restriction), without following the text of the law which dictates that responsibility to the State Legislature. this case has not been dismissed outright like the other cases.
