An agreement was made with Fight Back and Rittenhouse that the money would be split between them..and that's who it has gone to...the argument was because Fight Back had past funds to attorney Piece for Rittenhouse's bail but now the money is being sent back. this attorney is trying to say the money Fight Back gave him is his own money... Fight Back are fighting this and Rittenhouse's lawyer is agreeing with them.. This attorney has no paperwork nor receipt for this money he is now claiming is his. The judge also pointed out it's illegal for an attorney to post bail...and ordered the agreement stated at Fight Back and Rittenhouse split the money as agreed. Carol B.
