 I am on one of the teams who have traveled to Japan to assist our athletes. I won't tell which nation but it's European. Every athlete on our team is vaccinated. 2-3% of athletes chosen not to be vaccinated. Athletes who are not vaccinated are not allowed around staff, teammates and the ''Olympic bubble''. In some cases athletes even had to find a place for themselves to stay without financial compensation.

Besides the fact that living with all these measures is hell for me, can't leave bubble, constant mask-wearing, everything closed before 22:00, something very odd happened on our second day of arriving. Two athletes from South-America and 1 from a European team collapsed today during their workouts. No media has reported on this yet and we're being told that it was anxiety for the Olympics. The fact that we can't talk about this outside of the bubble (i.e. family and friends at home, onIine) is frustrating. I don't buy the anxiety story one bit. I have never experienced that before with athletes.

My guess after seeing this is that this Olympics will have many athletes collapse. I'm not very technical regarding the vaccine, but it seems from what I've read is that people participating in high intensity workouts experience more heart failure due to micro-clotting of blood vessels. I can tell you that several athletes on our team are aware of the vaccine side-effects. Some athletes have complained about their overall fitness since they were vaccinated.

I can tell you with 99% certainty that all athletes on our team got the 'real deal'. Pfizer and Moderna. It was done at our National HQ 3 weeks before we left for Japan. I believe that all Euro, South & North American teams gave their athletes the 'real deal' too. We'll see what happens next week when the games start. I will try to keep you guys updated.

I watched the Football EURO 2020 and everything went fine. What people don't know is that most Football teams gave their players a placebo, not the 'real deal'. The reason I was told is that their is too much risk for the players and that the shareholders of the teams they play for (the biggest clubs in Europe, some even traded on the stock exchanges) didn't want them to get the mRNA experimental vaccines.
