The law ordered ballot paper has a dot or frequency embedded in it to determine they are real ballots. States can only use this type of paper. This paper can be identified by using a scanner to eliminate fake ballots.

The speculation is the County knew what they were going to do ahead of time, and intentionally did not want any of this trackable paper mixed in. They used various and many different kinds of paper even paper that would automatically be rejected and cant be counted.So there’s that!
